      Customer Support Billing Analyst

      EVO Payments in Mexico collaborates with Citibanamex and Banco Sabadell to provide merchant acquiring services for their customers.

      About the role:

      As a billing analyst, you will participate in various revenue related activities, including billing and revenue reconciliation process. A successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining detailed reconciliations of revenue versus invoicing process and invoicing versus accounting ledgers, assisting merchant escalation solutions while promoting and maintaining a professional working relationship with internal and external customers.

      Be a part of a team where you will:

      • Operational management of maintenance services to affiliations (registrations, cancellations and changes)
      • Management of outgoing calls to customers to collect information support procedures
      • Reception and control of document support
      • Review of supporting documents for each type of service requested.
      • Capture of procedures (registrations, cancellations and changes) in the operational management system
      • Update and daily control of services in process
      • Issuance of productivity reports.

      About you:

      • High school, technical career or degree
      • Management of outgoing administrative calls (customer requirements)
      • Knowledge of the Acquiring business in processes related to the operation. (Clarifications, affiliation, service charges, technical support, fraud prevention, risk, etc.
      • Must have strong working knowledge of Tax and Invoice Regulations
      • Must be able to speak English, Intermediate level and above
      • Intermediate/advance Knowledge in MS Excel.
