      Settlement Billing Analyst

      EVO Payments in Mexico collaborates with Citibanamex and Banco Sabadell to provide merchant acquiring services for their customers.

      About the role:

      This position is primarily responsible for supporting day-to-day billing reconciliations. Maintain a professional working relationship with internal and external customers.

      Be a part of a team where you will:

      • Perform timely revenue reconciliation versus invoicing, GL ledgers and merchant adjustments subledgers.
      • Invoicing management process, including communication with Pac (Proveedor Autorizado de Certificación).
      • Daily system support – for settlement processing / exception systems.
      • Support with invoicing escalation process in coordination with internal Customer care departments.
      • Daily system support – for settlement processing / exception systems.
      • Coordinate and assist with issues escalation with invoicing platforms administrators.
      • Daily system support – for settlement processing / exception systems.

      About you:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
      • At least 1 year of experience in accounting and billing processes.
      • Must have a strong working knowledge of Tax and Invoice Regulations
      • Must be able to speak English, Intermediate level and above
      • Excellent service attitude
      • Attention to accuracy and detail in processing information
      • Must have a positive attitude and good work ethics
      • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
      • Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with team and customers
      • Good oral and written communication skills are necessary
      • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
      • Intermediate/advance Knowledge in MS Excel.
